The holidays are just around the corner, and here at Mama’s Used Cars we can’t wait for the Holiday Magic in Historic Charleston event. There are a number of family-friendly activities during this annual holiday event. Capturing the spirit of the season, the Holiday Magic in Historic Charleston is truly great for everyone.

According to the event website, the Holiday Magic in Historic Charleston event is held throughout the month of December. It’s located in Marion Square, which is at the corner of King, Calhoun, and Meeting Streets. This is also the location of the city’s holiday tree, and there is a special stage for entertainment. Great for both kids and adults, this is one event you should be sure to visit.

Holiday Symbols

Included at the square is a 60-foot holiday tree with magnificent lighting. There’s a Chanukah menorah, and Kwanzaa kinara as well. And, according to the event website, “each of these cultural symbols will be lighted at the appropriate times during the holiday season.”


You’ll find a number of things to do at the Holiday Magic in Historic Charleston. On Saturday and Sunday nights you can find fresh baked goods, arts and crafts, and other holiday gift items. There will also be bands, floats, parades, and more. Plan your visit today.
